What is a Grievance  

A grievance refers to any concern, issue, or dissatisfaction related to products or services purchased through our platform. This may include defective items, incorrect or delayed orders, payment concerns, returns, refunds, or questions regarding our policies. Dissatisfaction with customer service or unresolved queries also falls under this category. Every grievance is treated seriously to maintain customer trust and transparency.  

How to Raise a Grievance  

You can submit a grievance via our Help Centre or Contact Us page by selecting the relevant topic and providing complete details, including your order ID and any supporting photos or documents. Our team will review your submission and respond with the next steps for resolution. This ensures a clear and structured process for all customers.  

Escalation to Grievance Officer  

If your concern is not resolved by our support team, you may escalate it to the designated Grievance Officer. The Grievance Officer is responsible for ensuring all complaints are handled fairly and in compliance with applicable laws in India.

Grievance Handling Process  

Once a grievance is received, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours and provide a unique reference ID for tracking. Most grievances are addressed within 7 working days, coordinated with the Grievance Officer. Regular updates will be communicated through your registered contact details until the matter is fully resolved.  

Closure of Grievance  

A grievance will be considered closed once a satisfactory resolution is provided or if there is no response from the customer within a reasonable timeframe. The final resolution communicated as per our guidelines and applicable law will mark the official closure, ensuring transparency and accountability.
