Items are eligible for return if they are in their original condition, unused, and include all tags and packaging. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted for return.   
 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Maintaining the original condition and packaging allows us to process returns efficiently and fairly.  

How to Initiate a Return  

To initiate a return, please email us at microninnovativesolutionspvtlt@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to help us assess the issue promptly.   
 

After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns that do not comply with our guidelines may not be accepted in order to maintain fairness and consistency.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
